REFUND POLICY
The Porter Group will provide refunds only in the case of faulty goods
and only if a replacement can not be provided.
All refund requests must be made in writing via email
info@eagleequipment.co.nz Please state clearly why a refund is required.
Should any disputes arise, these must be sent in writing via email to
info@eagleequipment.co.nz for consideration. Please ensure all details are included regarding the dispute.
In each case The Porter Group will endeavour to get back to you within seven working days.
